These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and the ClashFX project ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using ClashFX, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.
License
Free Version
ClashFX Free is released under the AGPL-3.0 license. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it in compliance with the license terms.
Pro (In Preparation)
ClashFX Pro is not open for purchase or activation. If it is released, its license type, scope, device terms, and other conditions will be announced separately. This page makes no current Pro license commitment.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use ClashFX for any purpose that violates local laws and regulations
- Violate the AGPL-3.0 terms that apply to the free version of ClashFX
Disclaimer
ClashFX is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of this software
- Network connection interruptions or data loss
- Actions of third-party services (proxy providers, subscription providers)
Refund Policy
Pro is not currently available to purchase, so there are no Pro orders or refund requests to submit. If sales open in the future, the refund policy will be announced before sales begin.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of ClashFX constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
